All right I'm posting my comic wip here in full and with everything included, even my weird notes that I add to remember what my intention for a part was. I'm posting this because I want to and because I always think this part of my process is really interesting and nobody ever gets to see it. So now you do ^^

In Procreate I titled this 'BYLER UPSIDE DOWN FIRST KISS FUCK YES' and I've already been working on this for over six hours fhsvwudvskw. This is also how I use reference pictures btw. I add them in like pieces of a collage and move them around and draw over them until I like it. If anybody wants to know anything or just wants to talk about the drawing process then please do because I love talking about my process and my art <333

#i apologize if anything can't be read because i wrote it too messily or weirdly #i always write my ideas down in a very specific way where it has to be fast but i also have to later know what i actually meant #so there's gonna be a mix of english and german depending on which word i remember first or which phrase just fits the vibe i want better #and yeah tbh all my writing i dl when planning my art is just truely based on vibes and what words capture best what i want to show #anywayysss #originally this was only supposed to be the first panel #but then my brain does what it always does and goes like 'okay but how would this scene continue?' and then i end up with a super long comic #fun. right?#i really do love this idea tho #especially since i feel like for a byler first kiss it would be will initiating and then stopping and then mike has a Moment and then he #kisses will back #i looooove kisses like that it's so cute ahhhfhdhfvrhdv and it's so them cause i feel like mike needs that push of will kissing him first #to finally really realize that he's in love with will and that he Wants this and then he'd be all in pretty quickly imo #also i love the idea of them getting interruped without like anybody actually knowing that they kissed yk and mike then only really #realizing what actually just happened and like totally freezing for a minute #but then once he has processed a little bit he can then be cute and flirty and yea #that was my idea for this <3 #initially i just wanted to draw my own idea of a byler first kiss before vol 2 comes out but it got a little longer than i anticipated #i still hope that i cam finish this before vol 2 tho #because the hardest part (sketching and deciding where everything goes and what actually happens) is done now #and now i can just work on making it look really pretty <3 #lea's random thoughts #lyxchen's art #my wips #stranger things #byler #stranger things fanart #byler kiss
