Fun fact that I found out is Janice was persuaded to play tennis by her friend, "Priska Nugroho, then one of the country's top juniors, and the 2020 Australian Open girls' doubles champion with Alexandra Eala" (from the Philippines!) (quoted from a WTA article) so the story only gets better! She's also another college tennis player!
