AOC gave a fiery speech at the DNC in support of kamala harris. i'm already seeing media outlets proclaiming that this is just another step inexorably stripping away her leftist convictions.

and yet - who spoke tonight? oh yes, bernie sanders. he also vigorously stumped for hillary clinton and then joe biden. but his bona fides will never be in question. AOC, who's been to the left of bernie on numerous issues, will continuously have to prove her mettle as a progressive, democratic socialist, pick your label.

but i notice.

While frauds like briahna joy gray, jackson hunkle and Jimmy dore fabricate about the views and votes about the Squad — AOC was actually at a delivery worker rally celebrating new local protections on Monday.

today, congress will vote on whether to censure rep. gosar and strip him of his committee seats for posting an anime video depicting him killing aoc.

psychopaths are in power, yall.

AOC gave an impassioned speech, exhorting her colleagues to vote in favor of censure, explaining why this behavior is unacceptable and leads to real life violence.

one thing consistent in AOC’s speeches is that the children are always watching and we set an example for them. simply put, she’s right.

AOC is a *masterful* orator. she’s an incredibly powerful human being, deeply intelligent, and absolutely formidable.

yoho was right about one thing - she’s extremely dangerous - dangerous to the status quo, to the bigots, to the people who aim to prevent sustainable and healthy lives for every being on the planet.

i’m not really into the whole “presidency” thing tbh, but if she ran...she’d win.

AOC read the 14-page GND resolution on the house floor in an attempt to influence her colleagues listen to the science warning us about climate change. hopefully this will maintain momentum and galvanize more public pressure. some of the bill’s plan includes:

1. green jobs

2. improved, sustainable public infrastructure

3. providing a just transition for frontline communities

4. ensure that we are at net zero carbon emissions in the next ten years!
