It had been less than a day, and yet rumors of murder and executions had reached her sharp hearing. Surely, this could only be the work of humans, if it were to be true.
In all honesty, she couldn't find herself to be surprised. Humans were more akin to monsters than the actual creatures that they would call the same.
It was a bitter night, the murmurs of voices would carry unpleasant tones, and yet Panne would walk with her head held high, fists clenched at her side as she would approach a wayward student. With a hand reaching out to grab the student's shoulder, she would forcibly turn them around, staring them in the eye with a cold crimson gaze.
"Man-spawn," she barked, her voice stern and hardened. "I've had enough of these games. Tell me how to leave at once."
