I honestly can’t help but feel as if I’m the only one who appreciates these flashback chapters.

I know we all want to get back to the main story so we can see the Walldians all grown up and all. I do as well, but I can’t help but feel when we do the see them again, it’s gonna be the start of hell.

I’ve enjoyed the stress free months of not having to worry about who’s gonna get killed off. Seeing Reiner’s character being developed and learning about the other side, Marley. Seeing everything through Reiner’s eyes and all the things him, Annie and Bert went through during their time in the wall. I think it’s great that we finally get to see this, because these flashbacks are needed.

Maybe I enjoy it so much because I know when these flashbacks are over, we’re going back to our main story, which will eventually come to a fight, most probably a war.

And the thing is, how many months do we have left to say our favorite snk character is still alive? If snk is ending next year, can you imagine what we’re gonna be going through next year this time? I don’t even wanna think about how much stress and probably sadness we’re all gonna be going through when the war breaks out and we have to wait every month just to see if you fav is still alive until the end.

Maybe I’m just over thinking but I’m really enjoying this time we have now to appreciate our characters still be alive and okay, because who knows if we’ll have characters to appreciate being alive next year.
