what is one class that you would highly recommend?
Probably Classical Mythology (CL 213), especially if you need to fulfill a humanities requirement. The class is independent, meaning that it does not have a discussion or lab section.
The only homework you have are assigned readings, and some movie screenings throughout the semester. The screenings themselves are not mandatory, but you should be able to get a hold of it to watch. No written papers either!
Your grade revolves around your one midterm and your final. Class participation never hurts either. It’s a very interesting class, and is applicable to many other subjects, believe it or not. Golder, the usual professor, has even written/co-written some of the books you’ll have to read. He’s very enthusiastic.
Where is the best place for late night meals?
Late Night Kitchen at 100 Bay State. There is also Late Night at Warren, but I definitely prefer Late Night Kitchen.
They are both good, but I guess it depends on what you're in the mood for. Late Night has your typical junk food and snacks such as mozzarella sticks, fries, ice cream, chips, and soda. They also have awesome smoothies where you can choose the base and the fruits. Those are great, and filling especially if you missed dinner. Late Night Kitchen offers more gourmet options such as sweet crepes, brick-oven pizza, mac & cheese and burgers. It's the place to go for a real meal.
Late Night at Warren is open later than Late Night Kitchen at 100 Bay State. Both take Convenience Points, Dining Points and cash.
