I missed drawing my babieeeessssssss
Also, if you noticed, I changed Lesotho’s hair design since it looked like another Lesotho oc. I love this hairstyle anyway and think it suits her more? Yeah? No?
And finally, after 3 (4?) years, I’ve drawn eSwatini! Most of y’all probably know him as Swaziland though. Anyway, I’ve finally finished all members of the Southern African Custom Union (SACU)! Fun fact, they’re the oldest customs union in the world! It was founded in 1910.

Why can South Africa use their money in my country but I can't use my money in South Africa
:0 please tell me about lesotho, like literally anything there's NO content for lesotho in this fandom >:(
MY TIME HAS COME
This is how she looks like for reference.
First, Mosotho is one person from Lesotho. Basotho is the plural.
So like, first thing to note is that she’s, for a lack of better words, old. The country of Lesotho today is rather homogeneous in terms of demographics with most of the population being Sotho.
I personally like to imagine she’s a small fellow due to how small the country is. This bothers her so much because she’s been here longer than my South Africa, and yet, he’s the taller one. Yes, he always has to mention it.
I believe that Lesotho is either Botswana’s sister or at least related to her. The reason being is that Sotho is closely related to seTswana. Though I think Northern Sotho is more related than Southern Sotho (which is what Lesotho represents). Either way, I just find it nice how Lesotho and Botswana get along. I mean, Botswana likes to jab at her too but it’s all in good fun.
Since it snows in Lesotho, I like to imagine she takes her friends to see the snow. She loves making personalized blankets for her friends so that they won’t get cold.
It’s funny because I like to imagine that she is close to South Africa after all these years. She had seen him grown up, all the mistakes he has done, all he had to endure, and some days, she’s given up on him. But that’s what made their bond stronger. I like to imagine that Lesotho sees him as that one nephew you had to babysit and he’s learning all the wrong things so you have to step in and teach him. Yeah, like that. Nowadays, Lesotho has to rely on South Africa in many aspects so she has to trust him. She has no choice lol
Anyway she loves storytelling. Her style of writing/telling stories kinda grabs your attention. Whenever she’s telling something, everyone likes to listen in. I say, she’s the best to tell stories out of Southern Africa but that’s my personal belief. She loves the arts and is imaginative and creative.
I'd love if you could tell us more about any of your african ocs, but i dont have a specific question so.... maybe some random hcs about them that you feel like sharing?
omg... I finally have a chance to share this
Okay so, I believe that all the personifications have social media. Some use it more than others. And I know that the African personifications have Twitter especially. They also have facebook but we ain’t talking about that. These two incidents happened on Twitter that inspired me.

I believe that Namibia and South Africa will take so much time to throw shade at each other. They will even argue about it in more professional settings like at one of the African Union meetings. They make fun of each other and their friends always has to keep up like
South Africa: *dramatic gasp*
Angola: Yeah! Take that loser!
Lesotho: What did she say now?
Angola: His corrupt president and parliament
South Africa: Who even are you? You’re just a desert!
Namibia: *gasps*
Lesotho: Are you taking sides?
Botswana: *watches them bicker* Nah, this is more fun

On the grander scale, I think all the African personifications will use Twitter and other platforms to roast each other and they will discuss it at meetings and such. I know that every other region would do this but omg Africa has to be the best one I have ever seen. Not only do they make fun of each other, but it a weird way, it brings them together. They also throw shade at Europeans and I cried reading all of that. Needless to say it was an eventful 2015.

Day 2: Holiday
//In Namibia, the 26th of December is Family Day. It’s as the name suggest; it’s about appreciating families and spending time with them. In addition, this day is also to appreciate one’s cultures and ancestors. No doubt Nami will take the time to talk to many of the ethnic groups’ personifications and talk to them. She will also invite her friends over to just hang out because she considers them family as well. Here, well... this happens every year. RIP Lesotho for being small :’) Yes she’s wearing high heals. Despite Southern African countries having debates and tensions, it’s a day after Christmas, so they get along better that day, especially since Namibia invited them. She’s has those chill vibes.
