What shenanigans do the three northern (MN/wi/mi) Midwesterners get up to?
“Well” Alfred sighed rubbing his temples, “They are being them I guess. I don’t know why they are trying to get China, maybe to ask Yao for food. Maybe Isolation is getting to them” Alfred questioned.
Sometimes the United States are really smart. Other times Wisconsin is driving a speedboat he stole from Michigan directly into Nebraska’s house and god only knows how he got it out of Lake Huron and to Nebraska because he lost his driver’s license and the rest of the midwest is denying any part in this and now Wisconsin’s going to jail.
Midwest Weather WTF-ness
Ok this is me in part talking because I'm trying to find ways to avoid finishing this chapter. But anyway, I was thinking about Midwest weather earlier because of another post about US weather that I read on my dash...And I was like yeah in the Midwest we have the luck of getting both really freaking cold weather and really freaking hot weather oh and we also get tornadoes. And keep in mind that I'm a science major grad but I was like wow tornadoes are really freaking weird if you think about them enough. It's like:
"Come to the Midwest we've got giant freaking straws of death (made of air, water, stuff they've sucked up and bashed about) that just happen to occur on a semi regular basis every spring or so yay!!"
APH Headcanon - US Midwest and Canada - Being Overlooked
APH Midwest US states understand what it is like being overlooked since they too are often overlooked when it comes things in America and the world. Due to this fact and the fact that some of them are close geographically to Canada.
Author note: Seriously. I was listening to a episode of the cracked. com podcast LINK HERE about how they're are 11 regional 'nations' or cultures and they spent like two sentences on the midwest's culture when they should have spent more time because the fact that immigrants from multiple countries set the cultural foundations unlike the other ones. Also don't even get me started on that documentary series Stephen Fry in America.
