germany thinks the treatmenrs is really helping but the closer he becomes with italy the more ita says some concerning things that make him begin to question how the ill are treated and he becomes increasingly disillusioned with these medical practices all meanwhile prussia is jealous of him (feels he has a right to inheret the hospital instead , as he is the older brother and is jealous of italys closness with ger because hes been infatuated with him ? for some reason)
