I haven't drawn these three as Magical Girls in SO long... T^T

I just love their interactions together when they hunt. Seychelles is always in awe of each labyrinth, excited to see what it brings. Hungary is equally impressed and curious, but is a bit more practical with her observations, surveying the potential battlefield and enemies. And Belarus doesn't particularly care either way. She just wants to get the job done and go back to bed. And most of the time Kyubey accompanies them, but when he does he's either tolerable or a pain in the ass. lol

Written for APH Niche Pair Week 2026 Day 2, 'Natural Disasters'!

I wasn't sure what to write for this prompt at first. I was originally going to do a BelaSey fic for the seasons prompt, but years back I wrote a short one shot about poor Seychelles visiting Belarus in the middle of winter, so I opted for the natural disasters prompt for something different. And the way I personally see Seychelles, she struggles with self esteem and anxiety, so given that I feel like situations out of her control (like storms) would make her extra anxious. She feels like she can't do anything about it (which is true, the weather does what it wants), and she starts to worry about everything that could go wrong. And in the same vein, though Belarus doesn't have those issues, I see her as having control issues, along with a mixed bag of other mental health issues. But I don't think she'd be willing to admit when these things bother her, especially if it would feed into Moni's anxiety. When Bela loves someone, she protecc. :3 And idk... There's just something very soothing and comforting about being in bed with someone during a storm and just... talking. About anything and everything. You know?
