He was his muse.

With every photograph, with each painting, the most fascinating he was.

He knew very well what he felt for Gamil; It wasn't just an aesthetic or artistic interest: it was love. Yes, he knew well.

That feeling that makes you happy, that left you awake, sick of love. That left him with butterflies in the stomach. That made him dream, even when awake.

He loved Gamil and nothing would change that.

Sidon, Byblos and Assyria are relatively new ocs of mine! I’ll talk about the Phoenicia siblings first

Needless to say, they honestly kind of hate each other, but they work together when it’s necessary. Sidon is cocky and brash, Byblos is introverted and a tsundere, and Tyre is definitely the level headed one of the group, yet they’re all pretty jealous and envious over both major and petty things. They’re always competing but they’re united over the fact all their lives they’ve been controlled by a major power. Egypt (and when I talk about her I’m referring to an oc named Amunet. Canon a. Egypt to me is Ptolemaic Egypt) was essentially their sugar mommy and Sidon and Byblos were always sucking up to her, so it was disappointing when the Bronze Age collapse happened, but at least they got to thrive (because their paid off the sea peoples)! Nowadays in the afterlife they inconveniently find themselves paired together—and that’s fine, really, since they’re the only ones allowed to make fun of each other. Anyone else will try and fail miserably. HASHTAG I LOVE DYSFUNCTIONAL SIBLINGS

As for Assyria (who I have less hcs about but have a general gist of) everyone hates him. He’s in love with his own reflection and his head is stuck far in his ass to the point of no return. He became the big bad bully of Mesopotamia because he got bullied himself by larger powers in his childhood and yk eventually got people to form an Assyria hate group #goals. At least his didn’t overreact, am I right!! Anyways, he over exaggerates everything and would’ve been a great soap opera actor, but in the afterlife he’s mostly just lounging about and pretending he still has some form of glory. There isn’t a single thought in his head… think of him as the country version of Seth Rollins (/aff)

In the beginning, it was difficult.

Lino, for the first time, had feel betrayed, jealous of Gamil. He had thought he was the one, even if they weren't together (it was just a colorful friendship). Which was strange to him, a polyamory. He was already used with this, so he didn’t understand why this time was different.

But, then, Lino realized that it wasn't because of Inácia that he felt betrayed by Gamil.

It was because he hadn’t said anything.

When they spoke, everything was resolved.

Gamil loved both Inácia and Lino, Inácia loved Gamil and had something for Lino, while Lino had something for her and loved Gamil and Isabel, which wasn't mentioned in the story.

The three, together, were hapy. 

As a flower, love needs time and care to flourish.

Inácia always knew that her first love would be doomed to forgetfulness.

She couldn't love him while he was clutched by the arms of another.

If she had told him that she loved him... That he was her definition of masculine perfection... How would he have reacted?

It didn't matter anymore.

Now she was in Gamil's arms; someone she loved and was reciprocated. She was happy.

(which was dumb, the drawing with him and Rome and Spain and Port have them back to back and they didn't look alike, yet I have no idea what is actually the difference.)

I can't describe things in words most of the time, so I have to do this and go back and study my own drawings. (which is even more dumb.)
