Shelter will be returning January 2nd, 2026.
Shelter is going to have a minor readjustment of some things with its return, so I’d also like to make the announcement of: Shelter will now be an 18+ rated webcomic. Previously, I didn’t really know what age rating to use for the comic, since I didn’t have much of a fleshed-out story or plot I had in mind for Shelter. But I’ve since scripted out a significant portion of the plot and outlined a proper timeline for myself, which means I now know what exact content warnings and age rating to use for the webcomic going forward. Shelter will now be a 18+ only comic with content warnings of: excess/graphic amounts of blood, gore, body horror, and prominent mature themes, including themes of sexual abuse/SA, consent, toxic/unhealthy relationships, abuse, mature language, suggestive themes/implied sexual content, and graphic violence.
Shit will get dark. Shit will get graphic. I want to make it very clear to everyone here that, going forward, it’s very likely going to be a rough and bumpy ride. I do not recommend minors read this webcomic, and if any of those content warnings sound like they might be triggering or upsetting for you, please read at your own discretion, and prioritize your health first.
