° ° ° P E A S ° ° ° One of the best things about taking a vacation from your garden (provided you've asked someone to water it while you're gone...) is the size of everything when you get back! You see, when you watch something closely everyday, it's hard to see how much it's actually growing, & how quickly! My snow peas are the juiciest, sweetest, most prolific fruiters! Regular picking keeps it producing & flowering, I grab a handful every time I'm walking by. 🌱🌱🌱 Right now however, my vines are under attack! Aphids! Aphids everywhere! I slacked on my natural remedy, garlic-chilli-pyrethrim, & now my snow peas are paying for it 😢 I have treated them now, however I fear it could be too late, now all I can do is wait, & hope the little blighters don't gobble up my seed saving pods #prayforsnowpeas #aphidsbegone (at Lake Wakatipu)
