Do they believe for every darkness there is a lightness? If not, why?
It’s hard not to with all he’s been through at this point. Whenever he starts to lose hope something simple can rekindle his views of the world and make him remember despite how dark this world is it always shines with a hidden light. He has to remain hopeful in that.
Are there any inner demons they can never seem to get rid of? What are they?
His self-hate, his self doubt. He hates what happened to Hyrule and he hates knowing it’s his fault. He knows if he had chosen to fight rather than protect Zelda, he could have won, it’d have been hard… But he could have won. Instead.. He died and now… Hyrule’s ruin is because the so-called hero of it’s land couldn’t step up and do his job. Revali was right he was just some stupid kid how could he save Hyrule proper?
