My Questions: 1. What’s your favorite theme park, and your favorite ride there? This is tough. I haven’t been to Wizarding World in a while, and that was my go to fave. Right now, I’m really enjoying New Fantasyland at Disney, and the Ariel ride is pretty sweet.
2. Would you ever go sky-diving? Hell no. Nick went Monday and he’s going again next week. Fuck that shit.
3. Any physical ailments? Currently? A ruptured spleen. Once I have insurance again (next week), I’ll be getting another cat scan and see what’s going on in there. It’s currently not acting up, but I’m tender and in pain constantly.
4. If you had to realistically choose one fictional character who best represents you, who would it be? This is pretty lame, but I’d say Ron from HP. I’m pretty lazy, but I’m supportive and helpful in a pinch.
5. Are you afraid of heights? Every now and then. I don’t like looking out of airplane windows, but I’m not bothered by it. More by tall buildings.
6. What’s the bravest thing you’ve ever done? Decide to dedicate myself to my husband and my marriage, even when it’s hard and when I want to quit. Don’t get me wrong, 90% of the time it’s great. But the last year has been hard. Really, indescribably hard. We’ve gone through things I haven’t told anyone; and others that most people know. I’ve wanted to quit and so has he, but I value my marriage more than my pride.
7. What’s your favorite mythical creature? Pegicorns, or thestrals.
8. Have you ever had any recurring dreams? Not really. My dreams I remember are always bizarre and random.
9. Who, if anyone, knows all of your secrets? I’d say Nick knows the most, but really it’s probably Alley.
10. What movies have you truly looked forward to just to be let down? OMG The Grey. If Liam Neeson is in anything, I’ll see it. Probably twice. But that film? Holy tap-dancing Christ. It was so boring and predictable. He failed me. I really thought our relationship was built on more. Also Percy Jackson. Such good books. What a shitty film.
11. What was your first job? I waited tables at a retirement community for the extremely wealthy. I enjoyed it most days. Even when the old people were crazy, they were easy to deal with.
