after we are dead and gone?

that these houses were homes

and something made it?

they were there

and we were there.

and they are still

and we are not.

will the flies wonder

where we've gone?

the smells they no longer smell

the tastes they have lost

and the trampoline nets

to host their spawn.

will they wonder where we've gone?

will the beetles miss us

when they wander through

the lives we lived

oh so long ago?

and the mosquitoes

in their amber--

will they tell the tales

of the two legged

and the tall?

will they speak of us:

the forever snack?

"they breached the skies

and trembled the earth.

with great strength they used to wander

without care.

now there are only stories"

Am I the only one who read the synopsis online before watching the show and was already confused? There was just so much going on💀

i don't know about you, but i'm really curious to discover the real reason behind god's coming to earth now. he didn't come when goddess escaped from hell. he didn't come when uriel was killed. he didn't come when demons were roaming around. so why now?
