The light from Zeus's bolts flood through the soft transparent sheets as the breeze blows a few droplets from the storm outside onto my tiny wooden cottage, I haven't been living here long and already I'm bored to death with the people and scenery if you could even call it that. Slowly resting my chin on my knuckles, I lean into the table "Wish they would've warned me I'd be flooded in moving this close to the stream. In hindsight that was a terrible idea, all the radiation in the water could have killed a whole species and it almost did, stubborn ass scientists just couldn't be kicked from this saddle. The water comes flooding into the house pulling it down much fast as I dive under swimming through the open door, but not before the would slices my calf "Ah!" I cry out, swallowing a lot of water as I pull myself upward and out of the water gasping for air as the current pulls me further from my little slice of hell
