I suppose, for the audience of ghosts before me, it is best if I explain what you have missed since the Final War. In 2044, the month of October, a majority of internet satellites were shot down in preparation for a large-scale global conflict. The books I have been able to scavenge have been unclear on the aggressing nation, but I do know that at least 100 nuclear warheads were detonated across the North American Continent alone.
Due to a Deseret Government Project, I have been able to access this veritable storehouse of valuable information for the study of the past. I can only assume that they had some foresight before the warheads were unleashed, and hid data centers away for when we finally got satellites back into orbit.
You better be glad that I am a scholar of this ancient language.
