                           [ It was his idea to bring her here, to Danny's party. Is around 9:00 PM and his house is crowded; everyone from his school is here. Lacrosse players, Cheerleaders -- anyone Danny sent an invitation out to. Regardless, his invitation said he could bring someone, and he wasn't going to attend a party without his girlfriend. The first time they ever went out in public, an expose, no inhibitions, no regrets. When he locks the doors of his car, he rounds over to hold Adelaide's hand, fingers tangled. ]
