Apocalypse Now
Y’all. I just watched LavenderTowne’s video on drawing the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse. The further she went along, the clearer it became to me that we have been experiencing them.
The red horse, War, being in the Russia and Ukraine war, the tense nuclear standoff with us and North Korea, just the looming threat of WWIII.
The white horse, Pestilence, being in the Covid-19 pandemic, the Zika virus from a couple years ago, and a couple other diseases that spread out of nowhere.
And lastly, the black horse, Famine. This one is what clicked it for me. The way Lavender puts it is crazy. She reads the original description, and explains how it means that food and necessities will become unaffordable for the poor while luxuries will always be available to the wealthy. WE ARE LITERALLY LIVING THROUGH THAT NOW. Minimum wage never rising, inflation going through the roof, and the way that we are recently having trouble with the US government being held hostage!
Of course, we are all just waiting on the pale horse, Death. I wonder how she will come along. Maybe a mass extinction thing? We’ve been honestly just been waiting for something to happen. Do all the important deaths count? Like of super famous and important people? Idk.
This is so damn crazy! Like Primes, we are literally in the middle of the apocalypse and had no idea. I’m honestly ready to lay down and wait for Death to come along and take us all into a merciful sleep. Primes guys, I feel like this is an awakening 😭

Thought of the day:
I think I'd do fine in an apocalypse until it starts to really inconvenience me. The day I run out of pads and tampons is the day i will actually contemplate going to the zombie infested city to risk it all for a 32 pack of Always.
Don't even hit me up with women have been having periods before pads/tampons...was I there tho? Do I want to play that game? No.
So yes while my lifeless body sits there slowly becoming a zombie.
Was it worth it you might ask.
All I can say is Always. Now with 2x the absorbency
