EVENT 001: PARTY IN THE CHURCH.
“ The fact of the matter is, our PARENTS left us — they ALL did. Do with that what you will. I, for one, say why not take advantage of this night? Whatever the hell we want. PARTY, right here. One hour! Get whatever you need in the meantime … it’s going to be one hell of a night. ”
After searching for signs of life anywhere within the town, not one person came back with good news. Everybody was gone and they were left to make their own rules for the night. Votes were cast on how to proceed but the majority decided to wait until morning to give time for everybody to process the situation. What better way to process than by getting shitfaced in town square? The only rule? BRING YOUR OWN BEER. Following the search for life in West Ham, students returned to the town square via chain and group texts to discuss their findings and what steps they would take from there. Many were adamant that their friends and family would return in the morning, and they were wasting time worrying too much about it. With the violent storm earlier that evening and the flowing river just beside the town, it only seemed clear that for safety measures, families were evacuated to another place for the night — and the students were simply forgotten. It was the president of the fraternity, GABRIEL, that suggested the party in the square to pass the time because it wasn’t everyday an opportunity like that happened. Some agreed because they were in the same mindset as he was. Others agreed because they needed something to take the edge off. Though not everybody felt comfortable with it, choosing instead to return home and begin attempting to sort everything out.
*** This event will take place on SATURDAY MAY 25TH, and last until TUESDAY MAY 28TH. It will take place in the town square, and a small plot drop will reveal the location it moves to a few hours after we begin! It is a DASH EVENT and because of this, all muns are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to participate as it does count towards activity, as well as setting the course of the entire roleplay and future plot drops (possibly one sooner than you think?). Rules of starters still apply! So if there are starters already in the apogeeevent tag, answer those before you post your own!
Any big plots that you were planning on having during this event must be run by the admins first, this includes things like destruction, breaking & entering, any form of potential (major) hospitalization (with the exception of fights) , and anything else of this type. The only reason we ask you to request permission is to keep track of how many people are doing what, and what impact these ideas could have on future plot drops and such. So, basically if you’re not sure about something, message us about it! Otherwise, feel free to get crunk !!
