Things I've learned 2014
1. If you want something bad enough, either you'll get it or it wasn't meant to be. 2. Our parents are getting old and by the time we can give them the world, it'll be too late. Almost always, materialism doesn't matter in the end so make time for them and give them you. 3. To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did. If not, you'll wait forever. 4. Tell people how you feel or let it be shown clearly because it's worth the risk. Make the first move. Better an "oh well" than a "what if." 5. As we grow up, we change and the things that are important to us change too. Make sure your priorities are straight. 6. If something is enough for you, then that's all that really matters. 7. Always be grateful and recognize what you have. Think about who's happy for your happiness and sad for your sadness. Those are the people worth living for. 8. Let your fears fuel your dreams. If something is both terrifying but amazing, go for it. 9. Don't let the world make you hard. Life isn't always fair but feel blessed with the memories and experiences you've gained rather than feel hatred towards life. 10. You can't predict the future no matter how hard you try and maybe that's the beautiful thing about life. You never know what's going to happen and it's a wonderful thought that the best days of your life haven't happened yet. 11. Take care of yourself while you're taking care of everyone else as well.
