Apollo chose a much more mundane career path than his sister. He’s a chef and working his way up the chain at one of the city’s top restaurants. He’s more concerned with the accuracy and quality of the meals he makes over the status, but his superiors have noticed. He doesn’t know it yet, but he’s about to be promoted to sous chef when the current one retires.
