Day 6: Villain

Keisuke Jin wanted to be the one to draw our pick for villain: Apollo Geist, a fave of the system overall. Just wish he’d stop by more often. He made sure to draw Geist’s human form and the transformed state he liked best (his original transformed appearance).

October may be over, but we’re going to finish the challenge regardless since we started so late.

I watched Madoka years ago and couldn’t get through more than two episodes of Knights of Sidonia, so I had prep for Godzlla: Monster Planet somehow.

for me it's like. amazons was purposefully intended to be Mature & Edgy. whereas something like ex-aid is a show abt gamer doctors so i don't really want to see dark gritty content abt it? esp. bc some of these spinoffs aren't even smth i can laugh at (i found brave survive honestly really unpleasant)

honestly like next to early heisei stuff its not even that dark edgy. it’s just regular business as usual so it doesn’t really bother me. i think people built up a lot of expectations about the show cause of the video game themes or s/t but it’s kinda funny schlock for me. 

it just feels like theres a lot of hippogriff-cy going around sometimes ya feel
