Well one thing to consider, is that Armin actually very much likes the rain, so nothing really about it bothers him. Not even the loud thunder nor the flashing lights from the lightning. He tends to curl up with some sort of warm drink in his hand, and a blanket wrapped around him, as he would read all day, being cautious about how he moved the drink so he wouldn't spill nor damage anything. He'd pretty much read all day for the most part, unless something came up and he had to go out, but that's about it.
