The Song of Ice and Fire books can be daunting at first, I mean look at them, they're like bricks! But once I started them, I got hooked. Immediately. As for LOTR, I've watched the films but haven't read the books yet (i haven't finished the 1st book. confession: I am confused by the pronunciation of names). The ASOIaF books are really great because of the politics, moral ambiguity, and intrigue. It's like one big reality show! Hahaha. Anyway, hope you're having a lovely day! :)
Aw thank you so much :D I’m more inclined to read it soon now! What I find intimidating is the large number of characters and that I won’t be able to remember them. But hopefully I’ll manage! Have a lovely day too :) x
