Would you like your future husband or wife to love books, or would you prefer he/she had different interests than yours?

Rules
1: Post the rules.
2: Answer the questions the tagger sent you, and make eleven new ones.
3: Tag eleven people.
1. Favorite book read in high school?
That would have to be Big Fish by Daniel Wallace. Not even just my favorite book read in high school but my favorite book of all time. I read it in the eleventh grade, and it has always just stuck so close to my heart. Amazing, amazing book.
2. Old books or new books?
This could be interpreted a few different ways... so I'm just going to answer it a few different ways. Old books, if we're talking about when they were written. New books, if we're talking about when they were made (as in, I like new books over used books). So, I guess my answer would have to be both!
3. Your fictional character crush?
Oh, man, this is a hard one. I would probably have to go with Phineas from A Separate Peace. I read that for my ninth grade English class, and I pretty much fell in love with him. Also just a fantastic book.
4. What character would you like to trade lives with for a week?
This is an easy one. Hermione Granger, no question. The only problem is that I may never want to come back.
5. How do you like your tea and/or coffee (if you drink)?
I really don't drink either too often. (I'm poor.) But I do love hot chocolate that I can steal from the school cafeteria!
6. Favorite place to read?
Absolutely my window seat in my room at home or in my reading nook under my lofted bed at school... both of which I really need to take photos of and share with you.
7. If you could make your whole school read one book, what would it be and why?
It would probably be The Odyssey or possibly The Aeneid. Both hugely important, both amazing, both fit it extraordinarily well with my school's curriculum!
8. Best snack to have while reading?
Probably banana walnut bread, blackberries and peanut butter, and crackers with goat cheese. All of the above!
9. What one celebrity do you see playing a character in the book you're reading right now?
Well, as there are no characters in Aristotle's Ethics... I don't have an answer for this one! However, I would like to put in my vote for Joe Manganiello to play Shadow in American Gods.
10. Best book you've read in the last five months?
I'm not going to count anything I've read at school... just because it's very hard to really, really enjoy the books I read at school. I'm going to go with A Hologram for the King.
11. [One of] Your favorite book quote[s]?
"... to you, to whomever without knowing it has waited for me, I belong and recognize and sing." It's from one of my favorite Pablo Neruda poems.
And as for the new questions... my ability to come up with them right now is pretty much obsolete. You should all answer qualitea's questions - because they were excellent! Do it!
