These genuinely took much longer than I wanted but I couldn’t get the expressions the way I wanted :’D Especially Hector in the last panel. The boy sounds sooooo insulted and I wanted to get that right. But Nesto’s expression in the third panel is worth it, I’m genuinely happy with how it turned out :3

💀 plague: what events or time periods in history most interest you?
-I am SUUUUPER into the 60s and 70s! I feel as though it was a time period where people were super introspective. People were really starting to break boundaries and create new norms, both social and personal. I would love to be in an era where critical thinking and open mindedness were the norm <3
🐁 rat: tell me something you love that most people think is creepy/weird
-I hope this doesn’t like....scare people off any xD But I loooooove witchcraft and general magic stuff. I mean...I don’t consider myself to be a “witch” or “Wiccan” or anything like that, I don’t actually do anything xD But I love the whole aesthetic of stuff like combining different plants and such to make potions, dusty bookcases with stacks of old leathery books with crazy spells and hexes and stuff. I just find it so fun, it’s probably why the one OC I have is a witch xD But yeah as I said I don’t actually “practice” anything. I just find it fascinating and fun :3

It’s finally done!! Ladies and Gents, I’d like you to meet Kida! An OC I came up with going on about 6 years ago now as a character in a game/movie I’d like to make someday. More info about her under the cut. @appatary8523 inspired me to actually post her finally and I gotta say, she likes appatary’s Cruz a WHOOOLE LOT <3
Kida is a 25 year old, Egyptian, healer, who believes in the healing power of nature over everything else. She uses mostly plants and spices in her medicines and has been very successful. However, her profession makes people believe she is truly a witch, a label she doesn’t mind that much. She thinks its funny. She offers her services for free to anyone brave enough to approach her. She believes no one should have to pay for health.
She’s very fun-loving and witty, wise and confident. It takes a lot to make her mad, but when you have, watch out! She gets fiery when angered and holds a grudge like no one’s business. She’s also a very promiscuous person.If you’s like to know more about that, feel free to ask. She’s not shy ;D
In the Coco-verse, she has come to Santa Cecelia to sent up a practice. She likes the place, it reminds her of home just without all of the judgmental stares. She took a strong liking to Cruz because he makes her laugh. And he’s super handsome <3
