Oh, greetings, little vessel! I could teach you. Simply wrap them around your little bells around your wrists using silk or string, then clang them together.

~Shakra clanged her rings together to demonstrate~ Poshanka! Oh, and by the way, the rainbow color is not needed to made the jingling noise. Though if you so desire it, maybe I could direct the weird wizards your way.
