A delightful Dutch apple cake made effortlessly in the air fryer. It's a perfect treat for dessert or tea time.
Ingredients: 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon salt. Powdered sugar for dusting optional.
Instructions: Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Melt the butter and add the milk and egg to a different bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed. Add the apple dices to the batter and mix them in. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 350F 175C. Prepare a small cake pan or ramekin that can fit in your air fryer by greasing it. Spread out the batter in the pan that has been greased. In the air fryer basket, put the cake pan. For 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. The appelcake should cool in the pan for a few minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you want after it has cooled. Cut your tasty appelcake into pieces, serve it, and enjoy it!
