APPETIZER TABLE: NAILED IT
Our contribution to Lola's wedding was the appetizer spread and for all the planning and coordinating and prep, I'd say our table didn't turn out too shabby. Sure, an hour before go time, I was in my mom's front yard shearing down thorny bouganvillas on mind you, a windy day, and sure we had to shadily sneak in the chutneys in spaghetti sauce jars and sure, we looked like deer in headlights when asked what catering facility we used, but I'd say - we made it work. Is it wrong that I bypassed the actual dinner for my own private cheese party - I'd say not.
