Ingredients: 2 cups apple cider. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 4 cups vanilla ice cream. 1 cup diced apples. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers. Whipped cream for topping. Caramel sauce for drizzling. Ice cubes.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine the apple cider, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the apple cider mixture cool completely. In serving glasses, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, diced apples, and crushed graham crackers. Pour the cooled apple cider mixture over the ice cream, filling the glass about halfway. Add a few ice cubes to each glass.
