These Easy Elephant Ears are a quick and delightful treat made with puff pastry, cinnamon, sugar, and butter. They're perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth in no time!
Ingredients: 1 package of refrigerated puff pastry sheets. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 cup melted butter.
Instructions: Turn the oven on to 400 degrees Fahrenheit 200 degrees Celsius and place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Combine the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small bowl. Place the puff pastry sheets on a surface dusted with flour. Evenly brush the puff pastry sheets with the melted butter. Over the sheets of buttered pastry, scatter the cinnamon sugar mixture. Each pastry sheet should be tightly rolled, beginning at one edge. Cut the rolled pastry sheets into rounds that are 1/2 inch thick. Spread out the rounds on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown, in a preheated oven. Take out of the oven and allow it to cool down a little before serving. Savor your tasty, simple elephant ears!
