Ingredients: 1 cup butter, melted. 2 cups brown sugar. 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup peeled and diced apples. 1/2 cup toffee bits.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease and line a baking pan. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Fold in the diced apples and toffee bits. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once done, remove from the oven and let the blondies cool in the pan. Once completely cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
