This invisible apple cake is a delightful vegan treat that magically showcases the flavor of fresh apples. Despite its invisible appearance, every bite is bursting with fruity goodness and warm spices.
Ingredients: 3 medium apples, peeled and grated. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup almond milk. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 tsp salt.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Butter a round cake pan that is 9 inches in diameter. Grate the apples and add the flour, brown sugar, coconut oil, almond milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix the ingredients together well in a large bowl. When the cake pan is ready, pour the batter into it and spread it out evenly. After the oven is hot, bake it for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. The cake should cool in the pan for 10 minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Cut it up and serve!
