Ingredients 1 ¾ cup (217g) all-purpose flour 1 ½ tsp cinnamon 1 tsp allspice 1 tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp cloves ½ tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened 1 cup (200g) sugar 1 large egg, beaten 1 cup applesauce Instructions Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously spray a 9"x5" loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, spices, salt, and baking soda. In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the beaten egg to the butter and sugar mixture, mixing well until fully blended.
