Air Fryer Apple Fries are a healthier alternative to traditional fries, made with sweet apple slices coated in a crispy cinnamon-sugar coating. They make a perfect snack or dessert option that's quick and easy to prepare in your air fryer.
Ingredients: 2 large apples, cored and sliced into thin strips. 1 tablespoon cinnamon. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C. In a large bowl, combine the apple slices, cinnamon, and granulated sugar. Toss until the apples are evenly coated with the mixture. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and breadcrumbs. Dip each apple slice into the flour and breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat them thoroughly. Place the coated apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Lightly spray the apple slices with cooking spray to help them crisp up. Air fry the apple fries at 375F 190C for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the apple fries from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Serve the apple fries warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Enjoy your delicious homemade Air Fryer Apple Fries!
