Adonis' candle is scented with (hypoallergenic) pine oil, petrichor, and just a bit of cinnamon, to let him enjoy the scent of the forest without having to deal with his pine allergy. It's also enchanted so that the smell of it brings focus and calming, to help him keep his mind on embroidery or whatever he happens to be working on.
