Rosalind Crumb. Because she was just a random maid but as per true NPC energy everyone was captivated by her accent and way of speaking, especially li-berry. She actually did become helpful too and deserves to steal. But yes she's just an icon, became important as the PCs pulled her in to interact with her more, and we can't forget how unsexily she showed her whole butt.
