Kinda hurts every time kids ask me why I’m purple under my eyes. And I tell them sometimes people just have purple under eyes, and sometimes people get them from being tired.
And they ask “Are you tired?:(” and I want to bawl my eyes out, because yes, yes I am. But I give them a soft smile and go “oh, no, no. I just have purple under eyes because I have pale skin.”
Goodnight holiday week
Back to work tomorrow, so am looking back at my week off. I was active every day preparing the house for painting, and the ceilings and main rooms have come up a treat. While I didn't quite to where I wanted to be, I got further than expected, so I have to be happy with that. There are still a few things to do (such as painting doors and rehanging them, and trimming and hanging blinds), but the next week should see all of that put right. My aim for Monday/Tuesday is to keep as close as possible to my schedule and automatize my morning tasks.
2nd week of April in hearts:
❤ April 8 [Mon] - Went to the mall with Dana. Just a typical hang-out-when-bored-and-got-nothing-to-do-at-home. Then we watched The Grudge 3 and had pearl shakes.
❤ April 9 [Tues] - Checked out different laptops and notebooks to use for college with Michael at the mall. Dana was supposed to come but she never came. Lol. Anyway, we had pearl shakes again and talked random stuffs just to fill in the awkward silences.
❤ April 10 [Wed] - Met up with Leo and Krixia. Leo left early so went straight to Krixia's crib and watched Moulin Rouge which was indeed a very nice movie! Had ice cream and just chilled at her room.
❤ April 11 [Thurs] - Stayed at home since I was left alone. Watched Ice Princess and High School Musical 2 while munching a bucket full of cookies.
❤ April 12 [Fri] - Met up with Dana at Mcdo in the morning. After the long wait, Me, Dana, Michael, and Des went to go visit some resorts around Dasma for our section's farewell party. Then went to SM after for a late lunch at 3PM. Then I met up with Jamie who was also there too. We had ice cream and siomai and just caught up with each other's life.
❤ April 13 [Sat] - Went to Michael's crib to start practice the songs we were going to sing. Then went to Melbin's party later that night, and then Yellow Cab and Mcdo with Dana and Leo. Got home at 12mn.
