The rat race forcing you too choose medication over nature, caffeine over rest; the sunset a sign of the cold rains about to fall on your cardboard shelter, the family kindly declining the invitation to bring you into their home . . . Pessimist, negative energy they call this, my fall from naïveté into the struggles and realities of a vast majority of the world; while delusion is enough for some to cope and dream through the attacks of planes crashing into a WTC or two, my sisters and brothers dying in the war zones, synthesized by nations to protect their homes . . .
