Scott is the one who can sense when Lydia is in /that/ time of the month, and he feels so bad because shit, that's really personal and she probably doesn't want that to be voiced to everyone. But he's still kinda worries so he packs a yogurt or some silly chocolate with a note like "I'm sorry I couldn't really ignore your cramps" or stuff like that.
