Squat Challenge: 10 Reps of each 5 reps = 50 Squats
– This one, I could do!!! I have a love/hate relationship with squats. They are a pain but they do so much good!
Spring Streaker Challenge (One mile or 20 minutes of exercise): Logged exercise
– I DID IT!! I can’t wear shoes 😫 and even if I could, I walk way worse with them, and can’t use my hand for any strength training. I had to get in at least 20 minutes of something, aaaand, Les Mills OnDemand Sh’Bam (dance), modified did worked for all my hurty parts. Certain moves were a no go for the ankle, and my hand aches from the arm swings and motions but it was aced bandaged so not too bad. Looks like this is my go to for a couple days anyway. But, got it done 😁
Meditation Challenge: Day 9

But yet we always put ourselves down. Life itself is a gift and each soul is unique bot in positive aspects and negative aspects. We are all flawed. We are what we tell ourselves we are. I need to start talking much nicer to myself and put forth the effort to love myself and embrace who I am. There’s time and opportunity to improve many things, BUT, I must learn to accept who I am at every moment of my life. I grew up with an abusive Mother who would abuse me then say “I Love You” in the same day when she was ready to talk to me again. This made me fee fearful of love and entrusting of people when it comes to love. This made me ungrateful for my own existence so why would anyone love me? I need to practice letting this be in the past and not allow it to influence my thoughts on relationships.
7 Day Yoga Chakra Challenge: Day 1
– There are poses I know I can’t do because of the limitation of ankle rotation and flexibility without pain and most importantly further damage to my ankle. As soon as I’m healed I will begin this with day one! But I found some yoga I could do. It made my hand ache a bit, but it counts as yoga So this is my go to at least today!

– 😢 This makes me sad since it’s for the Potterhead Running Club that I belong to as daily motivation leading up to our next virtual race. But I gotta heal!
