Thinking about not doing my homework
I feel like the embodiment of death right now, but fuck it. Apush Exam, do your worst.
School is trying to kill me #cubbycheeks #greenhair #school #death #apushistory
When I took this course in the 2013-2014 school year, as a sophomore, I really enjoyed going to this class everyday. As someone who loves history and America, it was interesting to learn more in depth about everything that has led up to our country to this very day. Whether people like to believe it or not, slavery, the KKK, and Jim Crow laws happened. They are a part of our history and all of it should be learned about no matter what your political stance is. The conservative side of the political parties has no right to hide or limit what parts of American history sophomores through seniors in high school should learn. America has a positive history such as winning wars but we also have a negative side such as the treatment of almost every non-white nationality in our earlier years. Just because students are learning our full history, doesn't mean we're ready to up and join ISIS, that Ben Carson claims this class results in. I learned a lot in this class, not only about America but also about the people who made everything that was happened in this country possible. How can you not talk about slavery, Jim Crow laws and the KKK when so many amazing people fought for their lives and their people to end it. If you reduce these subjects, you ignore the people, abolitionists, freedom fighters and writers who worked their asses off to have everyone be equal in this country. Even though I only earned a 3 on the actual exam, I know that what I learned would not have been the same without knowing I learned (most of what I could absorb) about Americas true history in one year of my AP US history class.
The best AP US History cram sheet in the US.
Here’s a link to the best APUSH cram sheet I’ve ever come across. I studied this the night before the exam, and it really helped me. If it’s the night before your exam and you haven’t studied yet, this cram sheet is your best friend. However, if you still have time before the AP, this will be a phenomenal overview of the course material.
This link includes:
detailed DBQ, FRQ, and short answer tips
overviews for Periods 1-9
list of presidents and their major events
timeline of important events
list of main geographic events

Rock AP US History today, #Enreach #enreachbeijing #APUSHistory
okay sorry but real quick:
it is actually so incredibly disappointing to me that people aren't in support of what these kids are doing. They actually established a picketing of the AP US History conservative conglomerate to fight the systematic bleaching of Us History. They are actually trying to institute a board to eliminate civil disobedience and the likes from the curriculum to "promote positivity surrounding US History and nationalism". In protest, students are actually promoting their EDUCATION against censorship. WHY THE HECK WOULDN'T YOU SUPPORT THAT. Kids are FINALLY standing up for their education and you mock them in spite, and undermine the importance of young people being heard. As if they don't face enough opposition in the face of what they think is right.
