where was their first date ?: The archery…studio? Is studio the right word?Loser buys or makes dinner! I’m guessing Li Hua ended up losing after all so she made dinner for them~what my muse would do to cheer your’s up: She would most likely crack dumb jokes, bake a cake for him or try to talk with him about what’s bothering him and offer a piece of advice and some comfort! I think she’s also likely to put on some music and do a silly dance to see if that can at least make him smile.who wakes the other up with kisses ( and where ) ?: Both. I bet Jaehwan sleeps more than she does, so maybe she does it more often? Usually cheeks, neck, nose and chin. of snakes and surprises

She had not expected that getting used to being in Korea again would be that difficult. She had spent over a decade here and had returned to China only for a few months stay but what a stay it was. Full of stress and bottled up emotions surging out of the lamia. If anything, she was glad to be back in Seoul but the months in her homeland made her feel overly nostalgic, if not melancholic, hence the difficulty she felt in getting accustomed to the faster life she had in Korea’s capital.

Tonight was just one of those nights, alike many since her return. She was alone, clad in a flowing, knee-long summer dress and flat sandals, walking down the darkened streets. Past midnight, way past the end of her scheduled working time. The air was chilly somewhat, catching the creature by surprise as it was too early for tepid temperatures. She wallowed in summer heats, welcomed them with her body and soul and even more did she appreciate the evening’s humidity. Tonight, there was none of it.

Just a starless sky with a Moon half peeking from the few clouds that had set in, a rather chilly evening breeze and streets bereft of any sign of life. She walked...oh it felt like endlessly, but certainly it was not aimless. She was just about to cross the street in the direction of her flat when a strange sound caught her attention. It was something dull, but it was followed by a clanking noise that she thought was something alike metal hitting metal.

Was it really that? As curious as ever, Li Hua changed course and stepped towards the small alley whence she heard the sound but she did not advance all that much. Mainly out of two reasons. The first was the fact her eyes caught a scene of what seemed to be two men fighting, and it was not your regular banter between two human men in a drunken state, arguing over whatever triviality. The fight was serious and even more so because Li Hua could clearly sense a bitter, gut-twisting stench of sulfur in the air.

The second reason was that as much as she could see one of the fighter’s face...it looked awfully like...

Brows furrowed as she dared to move closer, what little light was shed in the alley casting on his face for her to see it clearer.

“Jaehwan-ssi?” she asked, flinching a little at another, loud sound.
