     ❛ maybe you could try aiming for the training droid and not ME. ❜ he’s also about to suggest that voltron can probably do just fine without a leg. but keith has to curb his backchat, their training dummies don’t seem to be fans of that when they swing for him, and catch the edge of his bayard. it’s followed up by clangs and the sharp grit of swordplay, before the red gets too impatient and KICKS the thing in lance’s direction while it’s guard is down. maybe he won’t miss a big, tumbling target. he doesn’t have much faith.

that’s OFFENSE in his tone. he’s not known for his COOKING abilities,but he gave it an HONEST SHOT ; not all of them had CULINARY-GIFTED friends such as HUNK—some had ‘i put a poptart in the toaster oven & started a kitchen fire’ boyfriends like takashi.

  his only warning is the sound of tiny, quick little footsteps getting steadily louder before a small body COLLIDES with lance’s leg. takashi’s face is instantly buried away, and he grabs small, tight handfuls of the paladin’s pants, effectively clinging to him as wet-sounding sniffles can be heard rising from him. nothing is said, though whether this is because crying is making talking TOO DIFFICULT or simply because he doesn’t want to say anything remains to be seen. either way, he’s in need of comfort, and lance had seemed like one of the best choices to run to.
