Where Harry wins every race he's challenged to, so he tends to make a lot of enemies. Not to mention he's seedy in the illegal underworld business which makes him more of a target so he keeps Cisco's name out of his mouth, not wanting him taken or hurt.
Of course somehow someone sees them kissing or word gets out and spreads and one day Harry rolls up to Cisco's mechanic shop to pick him up and goes in to see it's a lot messier than usual, and Harry comes across a little note with some blood dropped on it just for him and he only See's red at that point.
The note has a ransom and only a few demands and tells Harry to be expecting their call.
