I did redesign of Rune. Again XD I feel like he should have more personality to him, although I really loved the recent redesign, it didn't feel right just making him another character who's pretty serious. --- I do sorta notice that I draw Jonathan a lot without him smiling, which is basically what others see him, a serious person but when he's around people who care about him, he's loose around them. Sharing his thoughts and such. --- There is a situation I really wanna add in around the beginning of the story where Jonathan complains a lot and Jasper gives him some tough love. • I remembered the scene that was similar to this in Final Fantasy 15 between Gladio and Noctis and it really stuck with me. But I do feel like that the tough love gladiolus gave didn't give Noct any character Development but I would love to use a similar situation as a means to develop Jonathan which I think it'll work great. •it will cause Jonathan not to complain as much and if he does he will try to take it back knowing people don't like to hear complaints. #ideas #development #redesign #myoc #mycharacter #ffxv #pen #sketch #traditional #art #aquaoc_jonathan #aquaoc #aquaoc_rune #aquaoc_jasper

Holy heck I nearly scrapped this because everything just felt like a mess and I was trying to go with more yellows and orange ish colors but they didn’t really fit well.
