Ahhh, finally! Some good old shirtless T.L. Norris (and thus, some good ol' shirtless Sam Elliott) in the Landman episode "Handsome Touched Me" (s2e8).

Ohai!
I miss my handfuls of boobage, but being thin is so nice.
Have an appointment tomorrow to ask about a referral for a wheelchair assessment. I need an electric wheelchair. I’m also finally starting the steps to get aquatherapy started too. I’m hoping the fact that I’m looking into aquatherapy finally will encourage them to be enthusiastic about a custom electric chair. Even if not custom, I’m tine with that but Idk how many chairs are small enough to actually fit me without being too short
June 26, 2022. With all of what’s happening in this world and my health issues, here is how I coped with pain and stress earlier today. Soo therapeutic!🧘♂️
How about 90 and 91?
90. Have you ever snuck out of your house?
Yes. When I was younger, I could jump down to the roof of a shed and escape into the night for “awkward teen kissing time.”
As an adult I would quietly walk out the back door and hide in the garage to escape the noise of family life for a few minutes. I saw that dilapidated structure as a secret battery.
91. Would you rather swim in a river, lake, or pool?
I grew up with lakes and streams in my life, so I’d probably choose a river at this point. But really I’m down for all three.
Thank you!

Root Chakra Bath
I decided to take my bath ritual to a new level. Recently I acquired colored and scented chakra candles and thought I should do a week of baths that correlate with the chakras.
I did a little bit of research to see what other things correlate with each chakra and used these different elements to build my specific themed bath ritual.
Starting with the root chakra I created a bath with epsom salt Himalayan salt a little bit of coconut oil and drops of sandalwood and rosemary oil. Aside from the root chakra candle, I also used tea lights and a Salt Rock candle holder. To add further ambience I used light cubes set to the red light setting. The icing on the cake was a sprig of fresh Rosemary from my garden. I also found on YouTube a 45-minute long gamma Wave Music piece. Where I did not have a specific "I Am" Stone, I did use my "believe" Stone to focus on the things that I believe that I am. These were accompanied by a piece of garnet, hematite and some red jasper with a small Ruby pendant that I had sitting around.
As far as mindful meditation I kept in consideration the level of Maslow's hierarchy being safety, and using the Mantra "I am safe". I also spent some time visualizing my spirit self and its most Primal aspect.
In the beginning of the bath and at the end I took a few long breaths while pulling my knees to my chest and releasing them.
After about 30 to 40 minutes of soaking the bathwater had become roughly room temperature, so I pulled the plug on the drain and laid there as I visualized all of my stress and worries absorbed into the water and draining out of the tub.
For a ritual that I basically pulled some information together and winged, I feel amazing and relaxed after the fact. I can only imagine that as I continue the week and get higher on the chakras and vibrations that I will be stress free and elevated in no time.
Tubing being a boat at top speed across a lake or lazily floating in a tube down a river?
This is a tough one today. It’s 91 F and painfully humid this afternoon. I would normally choose a leisurely float down a river, but their is no breeze today.
I’m gonna choose to go fast and get wrecked behind a boat today. I need it, and I can take it.
