"Rio..." Flash sighed as he watched her examined herself in the mirror, clad in her costume. He moved, stepping behind her, placing a reassuring hand on her shoulder which he soon gave a squeeze.
"You look great." he reassured, letting his mask pull back to show the genuine smile gracing his lips. "Promise. You're drop dead gorgeous."

atieno was resting their head upon their hand while they were preparing themself to listen to their good friend rio. it had been some time since they last got to catch up with her and from what they heard, there was clearly a lot she wanted to discuss.

WHAT THE-?!
Creeper snuck into the house of his friend Tyson Owens, inventor and former frequent alternate Earth traveler. He had a hunch he still dabbled with interdemensional travel and figured this would be the perfect way to meet up with his idol, The Amazing Spider-man.
He picked up the nearest doodad he could find. "Welp, This could work!" He quickly turned it on and punched some random numbers. A large pulsating red portal opened. "Oooo Red! Must be Marvel!..Gee, I guess I should get someone qualified to figure this out."
He blinked and grinned. "NAH! Get ready Marvel, here I come!" He yelled as he jumped in. Unfortunatley, he obviously didn't get the portal to the world he was hoping for.

“Oh, so that’s what my name translates to...Hombre de...Guay?” His attempt at speaking Spanish was far from perfect, but he was trying!
“I’ve been called it plenty of times before, but I never learned the translation. ‘Guess that’s my wakeup call to learn proper.
